Sayso A Short Time Ago One Of My Neighbors Called The Kingston Police Over Concern About The Two Dogs On (name Of Avenue Deleted). They Were Barking Excessively, And The St. Bernard Just About Got Over The Gate To Attack A Young Child. The Police Refused To Do Nothing, Suggesting We Should Deal It With Ourselves.
